I am a commercial lawyer and passionate negotiator with proven expertise in ICT law.

After many years as an inhouse lawyer in major international IT companies, the time was right in Autumn 2018 to start my own company and use my know-how and experience in organisations of different size and across various industries . An additional motivation for the entrepreneurial journey was my observation that quick and right decisions can bring enormous competitive advantages and often turn out to be invaluable for the future.

Thanks to many years of experience in drafting general terms and conditions and contracts, negotiating complex IT contracts, providing support in overcoming everyday legal matters, and an efficient working method and stamina, I am able to achieve quickly viable outcomes and feasible results after a short introduction period.
